Hello friends! Welcome to my HyperFund review. A lot of people have asked me to take a look at this company. It has been getting a lot of traction lately. I had review them a while back, but I decided to take a new look and see what’s going on. I will tell you if they are legit of not.

First of all I want to begin by reminding you about a fraud warning. The UK’s FCA did issue a securities fraud warning in March 23, 2021:

Ryan Xu And HyperFund

Ryan Xu has launched this project from his company HyperTech. So HyperTech represents the HyperFund project and it operates from Hong Kong. We don’t really know if Xu lives there or not at this point. Based on his LinkedIn account, it seems that he would be in Australia. I learned about this project when I came across an article that mentioned one of his even earlier projects. This would be the HyperCapital project. So all these projects are all under the same Hyper umbrella. They are all the same company. They have the same owner but different brands.

HyperCapital ended being a ponzi scam that then re-appeared with the name HyperCash. It ended being a failure when Xu launched a failed coin. So Xu ended up leaving HyperCapital behind. And later in mid 2020 this is when Xu announced this new HyperFund, which is pretty much some sort of continuation of this sequenced fraud. It’s just a new step of the whole process. This fraud has no retail products or services. So affiliates can only promote their affiliate membership itself. Since they offer securities they need to be registered with the proper regulators. But of course they are not.

HyperFund Affiliates

So their affiliates invest the controversial Tether crypto into HU. HU is their internal token. They promise you a 300% ROI. The fraud can’t get bigger than that. They also pay commission when you recruit new people by using a unilevel compensation plan. Like your typical MLM ponzi. They go from level 1 ( 20%) where you get the most commission to level 20 (1%).

So this guy pretty much has failed with this previous projects and this is sort of like a resurrection from all of that mess. This is pretty much a 300% ROI Ponzi Scam mixed in with a pyramid recruitment. Don’t forget that these HU tokens are useless outside of the company. The company doesn’t pay anything to create them. So pretty much Ryan Xu just keeps creating these worthless tokens when he feels like creating a new ponzi scam. It’s hard to trust a system like this. This guy has failed many times before.

Lack Of Registration

As I mentioned earlier, they are not registered with the proper financial regulators. They do have a large number of investors from the USA. None of these scams under this HyperFund umbrella are registered with the SEC. And they need to since they offer securities. What this means is that Ryan Xu is engaging in securities fraud in the US. Keep in mind that if you are a US resident it is illegal to promote unregistered securities.

Not that long ago two major scams went down. They were Beurax and Wiseling. This is really not that much different than that. So the people that defend these things so much are probably very new to this and have never been exit scammed before. But the people that have had experience with this will never join these things again because they understand and know how these scams look like now. So I highly recommend for you to NOT get involved with this company in any way.

Don’t get me wrong… There is nothing wrong with investing in Crypto, in fact I hold a good amount of crypto tokens. The problem is really with these types of scams. There is a huge difference from buying a legit coin than investing in these fake companies. If you want to learn how to trade crypto, I recommend trying the Crypto Ultimatum training course for just 47 bucks. Try it out. If you don’t like if for some reason you can get your money back. But I doubt you will. It will show you how to do it the right way. By the way, HERE is the latest ponzi I reviewed in case you run into it!
