Edain Review – A Legit EAI Token MLM Or Huge Scam?
Hey friends, welcome to my Edain Review! You might be here because someone referred you to this company and wanna make sure they are legit. Maybe you just came across them online. Either way you are at the right place. So pay close attention and stick around ’till the end. Let’s dissect this company and see what they are about.
So Edain is clearily in they crypto MLM niche. When I looked at their location they show an address in Switzerland. They appear as “Edain Technologies AG”. I was able to find out that Adela Fofiu, Hardy Schloer and Mihai Spariosu are the co-founders. Well, who are these people?
Hardy Scholer is originally from Germany. I could see some connections with him and other companies too. These are Raven Pack, Prosma Analytics and Schloer Consulting Group. Here is Hardy for you:
Interestingly enough, this guy has some failed projects in the past that ended up nowhere. Seems that Edain is now the culmination from all these other past attempts.
Now, let’s talk about one of the other co-founders. Her name is Adela Fofiou and she is from Romania. Also she has a PHD in sociology. That’s all I could find so far about this lady.
Now, let’s look into Mihai Spariosu. What is a bit strange is that this person doesn’t live any more, so it’s not really clear why they would mention him on their website. He was another academic.
When we take a look at their domain “edain.ai” they registered on July 14th, 2021. So about 4 months ago from today. I was able to find out the the owner of this domain shows an address in Romania. Seems that this might be just a shell company. We can also see that as of now the Ukraine is the one carrying most of the traffic as of now. But this will most likely change as they get more members worldwide. I will keep an eye on that and update you.

I could not find and actual products for this company. No retailable services of producst at all. If you join them you can only market their affiliate membership.

Edain Review – Their Affiliate Ranks
Their website shows 16 different ranks you will get as an affiliate. I won’t get into deep details here. But to give you an example here is how it goes.
The first one is the “Iron” rank. This is when you generate $500 in your binary team investment volume ($250 in weaker side volume) per month. Then you have the other ranks which increase in volume and value as it keeps going. And finally ending on their last rank. This will be the “Crown Ambassador”. Here is when you generate $20 million in the binary team investment volume ($8 million in the weaker side volume) per month. And at least $800 million in annual binary team volume. It will also have to be a minimum of $32 million in the weaker side. I’m not making this number up.
What You Make When Referring New Members
You will ean a 10% commission when people you bring in invest.
Edain Review – The Residual Commissions
So this company will pay you by using their binary comp plan. Pretty much placing an affiliate on top of the binary team and then split into two sides:
It pretty much keeps going on and on and there are no limits on how big the pyramid can go. Here is something important to note. Edain has restrictions on how much they will pay you. It will be based on how much you invest. For example, if you are in the Iron rank, the volume will cap at $4000 a week for Package 1 tier affiliates and $5000 for Package 7 tier.

How much an Edain affiliate invests directly impacts their income potential.
So, is this company legit or a huge Ponzi scam? Well, let’s look at the facts. Here we are looking at your usual garbage token Poni scam. Taking a look at this EAI token I can see that this is an ERC-20 token. It literally takes no more than 10 minutes to set these ones up. It also doesn’t cost anything to do it. This company has started pushing this EAI token on affiliates around September this year. They did it a a cost of 10 cents each. Now they are selling it at 20 cents, and will be capping out at $1 by next March.
Not the first time I see how they will tell you how they supposedly invest in something or trade in something… This time they claim to be a functional AI-powered big data analytics system. Sounds fancy, right? All these scams do the same over an over.
The reality here is that they are running an MLM passive investment opportunity. This means that they are offering securities to the public. The big problem is that they don’t have any evidence of registration with proper financial regulators. What does this mean? It means that they are operating illegally and committing fraud.
Also note that they don’t have any retail products, making this company your typical Ponzi scheme. As it’s always the case, once the recruitment starts slowing down, expect an imminent exit scam.
Edain is scheduled to dump its EAI token on sketchy public exchanges next March. Let’s pretend that they will actually last that long until next year… If that’s the case, they will dump to $0, which means the majority of investors will have a worthless token. So do not invest here and get out of there now if you can. You have been warned.
Learn How To Trade Crypto
Don’t get me wrong… There is nothing wrong with investing in Crypto, in fact I hold a good amount of crypto tokens. The problem is really with these types of scams. There is a huge difference from buying a legit coin than investing in these fake companies. If you want to learn how to trade crypto, I recommend trying the Crypto Ultimatum training course for a super affordable price. Try it out. If you don’t like if for some reason you can get your money back. But I doubt you will. It will show you how to do it the right way. By the way, HERE is the latest Ponzi I reviewed in case you run into it!
