Crowd1 Begins Shares Dump (Digital Partners Network)
INSPIRED BY ORIGINAL RESEARCH FROM:
Hello there! Welcome to my Crowd1 important news update! What I’m about to report to you is crucial. So make sure to stick around ’till the end if you are involved with this company. I had read reports about them wanting to do this share dump but seems like it’s just around the corner. What really captured my attention is one of their most recent marketing material that says the following:
“The Crowd1 Rewards programme is to be discontinued“.
“We are pleased to announce we have been in successful discussions with Digital Partners Network plc of London (“DPN”) which is offering shares in their company in exchange for your Rewards“
This company got started back in 2019. They were asking investors to invest on these virtual shares. What they told their investors is that they were buying these “owner rights”. It pretty much meant that you would invest in these shares to get your returns.
Crowd1 A Ponzi Scam?
They were pretty much operating as your typical Ponzi scam. New members where the ones paying existing members. They always come with fancy stories to impress new members. But it’s just new people paying exiting members. Not by surprise to me, like all the other scams that I’ve reviews, new members stopped coming in. So what this creates is that people will start having trouble taking funds out. Because there is no new money coming in.
Now, let me talk about this company ‘Digital Partners Network’. They are a shell company in the UK that Crowd1 set up right after they made their announcement in June 2021 this year. I was able to find out that they incorporated this company in the UK on July, just about 4 months ago. Also, we can find out that Leonard Martin Fertig and John Moore are the officers apparently. What’s interesting are new to Crowd1 as most don’t even know who they are.
Crowd1 London Incorporation
How they did this is that they incorporated their address in London. They used a virtual address for this. But keep in mind that the UK has been very friendly to scammers around the world letting them get away with this kind of stuff. They also now have the website “digitalpartnersnetwork.co.uk”.
Another big problem is that this company is not registered with the FCA. Therefore operating illegally and committing fraud. The reality here is that they are just transferring everything from their old Crowd1 scam to their new Digital Partners Network scam. They are pretty much swapping these “owners rights” from one to the other.
Now, what Crowd1 is doing not is giving their affiliates 7 days to take action. They need to manually opt out of their share conversions. We can’t really tell what will happen to you if you opt out. Let’s don’t forget that these have been some worthless shares for more than a year already. Also now, they are pulling the KYC game. Here was their statement in this regard:
“In order to continue the process and receive your shares in DPN, please follow the link below and download the App to your mobile phone.
Later in the App there will be a requirement for a simple identification (KYC)“.
Crowd1 Recruiting Countries
Although these scammers seem to be coming mostly from Europe, they have made an effort to promote their affiliate membership in third world countries. Mostly countries in South East Asia, India and Africa. Now here again is another statement where they explain why they are pulling this KYC game:
“The first exciting opportunity for DPN, partnering with a company in the payments industry, (including a multiwallet) is in its final negotiations stage and we will inform the DPN shareholders about this shortly“.
What these people are doing is keeping this fictitious MultiWallet as a third party company. The same way as Digital Partners Network is doing. We can look at Digital Partners Network as their latest evolution of some series of failed MLM companies.
Crowd1 has fraud warning from multiple 3rd world countries, but unfortunately no one takes action against it. But it definitely has had a massive effect as they’ve lost a lot of recruitment. Now we need to talk about Jonas Erik Werner. But last year, we had a new CEO joining in. His name is Johan Stael Von Holstein. What this guy has done is to have many people invest and then scammed all of them. Now, he has disappeared and now one knows where he is. What we do know is that both of these guys are from Sweden.
There is a good chance that these people are in Dubai, as we know that they’ve traveled there before. Dubai is a very scam friendly place. The authorities there don’t do anything to stop these scammers. So never invest in these MLMs that are not registered with the regulators because you will lose your cash for sure. No doubt about that.
Learn How To Trade Crypto
Don’t get me wrong… There is nothing wrong with investing in Crypto, in fact I hold a good amount of crypto tokens. The problem is really with these types of scams. There is a huge difference from buying a legit coin than investing in these fake companies. If you want to learn how to trade crypto, I recommend trying the Crypto Ultimatum training course for a super affordable price. Try it out. If you don’t like if for some reason you can get your money back. But I doubt you will. It will show you how to do it the right way. By the way, HERE is the latest Ponzi I reviewed in case you run into it!
