Hello my friends! Thank you for being here with me at my CashFX Group scam blog post. I decided to give you guys an update on this company. On my previous Cashfx Group Latest News I warned people about the different fraud warning that multiple countries gave them. And on my first original post I did tell everyone not to invest here as it was pretty obvious to me that we were dealing with a true ponzi scheme. So here is what is going on with them as of August 12, 2021.

Justin Halladay has been one of the main people running this company. But we just found out that he just fled the USA and is now living in the Dominican Republic. He pretty much has the top position within this company meaning that he has made the most money so far. Or I should say, he has stolen the most money from investors so far. Justin Halladay does have what we could call his partner in crime Luigi Bruni. But what this means is that this company is about to collapse 100% for sure. What I’ve seen is that this tends to happen when the recruitment starts slowing down. Let’s continue with my CashFX Group scam blog.

CashFX Group Scam And KYC

The CashFX group has been able to survive for some time since last year, but there is a reason why. What they’ve been doing is to disable a lot of withdrawals throughout the year. This means that investors have to wait a lot longer than usual to receive their returns. What is interesting is that this company decided to introduce KYC, which stands for Know Your Customer. But of course what happened is that the company offering this service stopped working with CashFX. Obviously after finding out what kind of scam they are they stopped services. CashFX has tried to find another company to get this service but they haven’t been able to. And it makes total sense.

But the worse part of all in my opinion is how Justin Halladay keeps posting pictures showing all the things he’s been able to buy just like the picture below:

US Traffic Souce

What’s really bad too is that they recently posted about how there would be consequences for people that complained about not getting payed. Also keep in mind that the US rank as the third highest source of traffic, so that is a good amount of American residents that are suffering. This means that most likely the SEC will get involved at some point. The main reason why these companies never register with the SEC is exactly because they can’t prove that they are making returns legally. Since it’s pretty much new members paying existing members, they only thing they could prove is that they are a pyramid scheme. This is illegal in the US but also true in most countries around the world. Let’s continue with my CashFX Group scam blog.

Also let’s don’t forget that Justin Halladay was the leader of Cloud Token which ended being a ponzi scam. Tons of people lost a lot of money. This company collapsed towards the end of 2019. But even now with the CashFX company, it is believed that Justin and his partner Luigi Bruni have stolen way more than they did back in 2019. I’m not sure what these guys know about the laws between countries. And I’m not an expert in this topic but here is what we know. Since Justin Halladay fled from the US to the Dominican Republic there is something important to note.

CashFX Group Scam – Hiding Won’t Work

If he thinks that by going to the Dominican Republic he will be able to avoid the US authorities, he is definitely wrong. Specially going to a near by country like this one. There has actually been an extradition agreement between the US and the Dominican Republic since back in 1909. And it is still active. By looking at some social media posts looks like Halladay is hiding out in Las Terranas in the Dominican Republic. The Dominican authorities haven’t taken any action yet, but only time will tell. But keep in mind that this is no small issue. CashFX Group has already securities fraud warning in multiple countries.
